All purchases must be paid for in full on the day of the sale. Purchases include 6% PA Sales Tax, and 10% Buyer's Premium. Payment options include Cash, Approved Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

What is a Buyer's Premium?
A buyer's premium is a fee, determined as a flat percentage of your gross purchases, leveed by auction houses in order to maintain business expenses. By paying a buyer's premium, you enable us to maintain competetive consignment rates for our sellers; this ensures that you continue to see quality goods arriving for sale at our auction. Our buyer's premium is 10% of your total purchases.
Can I leave an Absentee Bid on an item?
We do accept absentee bids. Once you have registered to bid, you may leave a description of the item and your maximum bid with one of our employees. All absentee bids are executed competetively.
I am not a Pennsylvania resident. Do I still have to pay sales tax?
All bidders must pay sales tax regardless of their state of residence, unless they have a state tax exemption ID number. We must have a tax exemption number on file in order to waive taxes on your purchases.
Do you serve food at your auctions?
A snack bar service is operated by members of the Kemblesville United Methodist Church, which benefits from the proceeds. Menu includes hot & cold beverages, sandwiches,
hoagies, hot dogs, chili dogs, soup, home-made pies, candy and crackers.
