Information for Sellers

Auction of items on Consignment:
We sell individual items up to entire estates on consignment. Hill's Auction reserves the right to refuse any items deemed unfit for sale. We accept only good quality merchandise and antiques.  Hill's Auction will deduct their commission from your total sales and you will receive a check and an itemized listing of your sales. Hill's Auction offers competitive commissions.  Consignor checks may be picked-up after 2 PM on the Monday following a sale. Checks not picked up will be mailed that Wednesday.       

Drop-Off Information:
You must call for an appointment to bring items for auction.

Please provide detailed information of what you want to sell at auction, and you may also send pictures to our e-mail, hillsauct@aol.com. Once we have assessed that your items can be accepted, you will be assigned a day and time, along with an appointment number. Our auction house can fill quickly with the merchandise, so it is best to call early in the week.

No walk-ins allowed.

We do provide assistance unloading unusually large/heavy items or a large volume of items.

Appraisal & Estate Services:
Owner/Auctioneer Jim Hill is available for appraisal services and for scheduling pick-ups of large estates and house clean-outs. @ 484-576-6368.
A flat moving charge (based on your distance from us & the size of your consignment) will be determined by Hill's Auction and deducted from your total consignment proceeds.
