Selling Items on Consignment
We sell individual items as well as entire estates on consignment. Items may be brought for sale during the hours listed below, or a pick-up time may be scheduled with Owner/Auctioneer Jim Hill. Hill's Auction will retain a portion (negotiable 20%) of your total sales, and you will receive a check and an itemized listing of your sales. Consignor checks are available for pick-up the Monday following a sale (after 1PM) until Thursday, when they will be mailed.
Drop-Off Hours
The Week After a Sale: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
The Week Of a Sale: By Appointment Only
Please call ahead (@ 610-274-8525) to schedule a drop-off time if you will require assistance unloading unusually large/heavy items, if you have a large volume of items, or if it is the week of a sale. Our showrooms can fill up quickly and we may not be able to accomodate all of your items in our upcoming sale. Hill's Auction reserves the right to refuse any items deemed unfit for sale.
Appraisal Services & Estates / Pick-up Scheduling
Owner/Auctioneer Jim Hill is available for appraisal services, and for scheduling pick-ups (of Estates, house clean-outs, etc.) @ 484-576-6368.
For consignments requiring a pick-up, a flat moving charge (based on your distance from us & the size of your consignment) will be determined by the auctioneer and deducted from your total consignment proceeds.
